Internal Audit Training on QMS ISO 9001:2015

Course objectives:
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Gain an understanding of the purpose of QMS and QMS standard
- Know the purpose of Audit and Certification and understand the key concepts and terminologies in auditing
- Get familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Auditors and Lead Auditor
- Understand the basics of documented information and document review
- Gain practical skills in auditing for ISO 9001 and recognize the applicable documented evidence for each requirement
- Plan and prepare for the audit
- Conduct the actual audit, from the opening meeting until the closing meeting
- Prepare an audit report and follow-up corrective actions effectively

You will be asked to take an online exam at the end of this course.
A training certificate will be issued and sent to you upon completing the exam.
